Mother’s Day 2015 Gift Guide!

 

Hi everyone,

Mother’s Day 2015 is fast approaching on Sunday, May 10th and I don’t know about you but I LOVE my mama!  I’m so sad because I’m going to be out of town for it, but I do feel as though every day is mother’s day in my world.  Although, we all know…nothing can every repay the love of a mom!

I do sometimes struggle with finding her a gift (not as much as I do with Father’s Day..geeshhh)! She is a deal finder/shopaholic like myself so usually she beats me to good stuff so I enlisted her help in order to find some great deals. I have also included some splurges if you are really wanting to treat her!

 

Ban.do Phone Charger

I found this one on another site for a Christmas gift guide for women and I thought it was such a great idea.  I bought it (and one for myself) and my mom loves it.  She has her phone attached to her hip so I know she uses this extra charge quite a bit!  It’s only $35 and look how pretty!

Naked Eye Shadow Palette

I bought this for myself..and the Naked 3 palette on a sale at Sephora and it is definitely my go to for eye shadow.  My mom always borrows it from me too so it’s definitely a winner on the mom-friendly side.

 Street Level Reversible Tote

This is a bag that I own myself and I know a lot of my friends have gotten it and love it.  It is such a great bag and I wear it everyday to work.  Again…mom approved.  It’s a nice carry-all and it’s only $48!

Fitbit

If your mom doesn’t have this, get it!  I got this for my mom last Mother’s day and while it took her months to set it up (I had to do it), we now compete.  It’s a great way to keep your mom active and have something fun to connect over.

Bumble & Bumble Surf Set

Truth be told, I have no experience with Bumble & Bumble, but when I asked my mom for suggestions, she gave me this.  Her exact words were ‘It smells like the ocean’.  I know she is a big fan of the thickening shampoo & conditioner so I think that’s where she found this!  It’s only $28!

Homegrown Monogram Mug

I have this mug with the letter ‘k’ on it and bought this for my mom in the letter ‘l’…both are beautiful and super classy.  I haven’t seen my mom drink out of it, but I think it’s because she is stuck on her favorite flower mugs.  I might have to go hide those to see if she will actually drink out of it, but I alway do!

Robes

Always a winner with my mom.  I bought her one at Christmas (she is starting to seem spoiled isn’t she?) and I haven’t seen her not wear it in the mornings since.  I found a steal on a really soft, thinner one at Macy’s, but I think this floral one is so pretty from Anthropologie!
